Overview
Oversee a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives at DMRC Stanford Hall, maintaining the grounds in excellent condition for our prestige site and active hospital. You will supervise tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and more, ensuring quality, safety and operational standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives at DMRC Stanford Hall.
- Maintain the grounds for the prestige site and active hospital.
- Perform gardening tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and spraying.
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance and Gardening experience; leadership experience highly advantageous.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Horticultural qualifications highly beneficial.
- Willing to undertake and achieve clear DBS and BPSS checks prior to start.
- PA1 and PA6 licences desirable.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
