We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role can be based at either our Glasgow or Warrington Office, however we also offer a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the Group’s procurement and supply chain strategy to support business objectives, growth and value creation.
  • Develop long‑term supplier strategies, using market insight to manage risks and identify opportunities.
  • Improve planning and digital capability within procurement processes.
  • Ensure strong performance through SLAs, KPIs and regular reviews, while taking corrective action where required.
  • Provide commercial and financial leadership, overseeing negotiations, tenders and contract reviews to achieve savings, rebates and robust cost controls.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and represent the business externally.
  • Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture across the supply chain.

Experience, Skills & Capability

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain management role.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing high‑value supplier agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
  • Experience working with KPIs, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Desirable

  • Experience operating within a Group or multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical procurement practices.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent.
