The Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will provide expert commercial management across relevant contracts, ensuring best practice is embedded throughout project lifecycles. Your responsibilities will include developing and driving commercial strategies, managing risks, and supporting bid and contract negotiations. You will act as a key advisor to project teams, fostering positive external relationships and ensuring compliance with commercial governance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering on complex commercial contracts and bids, with a strong track record in large-scale project environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial management methodologies and best practices, including NEC3 contracts.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial qualification such as a Law degree, Quantity Surveyor accreditation, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant people management expertise and consultancy skills in commercial environments.
