- Produce earthworks models and generate contoured surfaces for 3‑D import.
- Model contaminated surfaces and calculate optimal cut/fill balances.

- Assess carbon footprint, cost, and program impact of earthworks solutions.
- Derive volume counts, designs, and material calculations.
- Produce earthworks plans, programmes, and risk analysis from soil reports.
Qualifications:
- 3‑D Civil software experience (e.g., Civil 3‑D).
- Auto‑CAD experience.
- Ability to produce calculations and quantities for specific materials needed on site.
- Coordination of programmes and volumes.
- Strong communication skills with a professional presentation style.
- Degree‑educated and Chartered status.
- Solid employment history and clear experience in civil earthworks & modelling.
- Must be based in the head office – remote not permitted.
