Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Gas Installation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and completing installations to specification, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day installations assigned to you, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Complete all installation work in line with client requirements and governing body regulations.
- Report any issues or barriers to completing the installation to your supervisor.
- Complete contract‑specific paperwork and obtain all necessary signatures.
- Maintain professionalism, respect for property, and high standards of cleanliness.
- Respond to any recall requests as directed by your supervisor.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence (fewer than 6 points).
- Experience in social housing desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse customer base.
