We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover North and East London on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Contractor Clients. If you are looking for a long term and stable position with a reputable company and you meet the requirements, please get in touch.

Area of work: North and East London (E17, N16, E9, N22, E1 postcodes)
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
- To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Client’s detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
Package & Working Details
- Salary: £40-42K basic
- Enhanced rates for ECO & OOHOTE £45k-50K
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
- Out-of-hours emergency call out on a rota basis (Schedule: Monday - Friday)
- Carrying of a van and fuel card provided
- Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE provided
- Private Medical Insurance (BUPA - Optional Add On)
- Pension Scheme - Auto-enrolment
- 29 Days holiday including bank holidays (increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of employment)
- Ongoing training & room for progression

- Minimum of 8 years qualified in Gas
- Previous Social Housing experience
- Full relevant ACS - including CKR1 and HTR1
- Availability Monday - Friday
- Clean DBS
- Clean Driving Licence
