Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out fault finding, diagnosis and mechanical repairs
- Support planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules and budgets
- Improve plant reliability and maximise equipment uptime
- Assist with installation, servicing and adjustment of mechanical components
- Conduct daily inspections and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with company standards
Requirements:
- Background in mechanical fitting, automotive mechanics, or agricultural engineering
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced industrial environment
- Ability to work night shifts as part of a team
- Willingness to develop skills through training and upskilling
- Experience in industrial maintenance is advantageous but not essential
