The Role
Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of project cost estimates. Duties will include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Managing and coordinating subcontractor and supplier enquiries
- Assessing risks and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting bid strategy and commercial input during tender stages
- Liaising with commercial, design, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Experience working as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within construction
- Background in main contracting environments
- Experience working on large projects
- Strong knowledge of pricing, cost planning, and tender processes
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
