An internationally respected consultancy is looking to appoint a skilled Fire Engineer to join their London fire safety team. The role focuses on delivering fire strategies for high-profile projects across transport, heritage, education, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver project-specific fire strategies
- Apply UK fire safety legislation and guidance across various sectors
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external stakeholders
- Support the use of fire modelling and risk assessment tools
- Participate in technical development and internal knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject
- Project management experience within a fire consultancy
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and fire safety codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working towards Chartered Engineer status
