Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing and fault-finding on Fire & Security systems
- Completing preventative maintenance visits in line with industry standards
- Attending reactive breakdown and emergency call-outs
- Working across a range of Fire and electronic security equipment
- Liaising directly with customers regarding appointments and system issues
- Ensuring company vehicle stock is maintained appropriately
- Completing all required documentation accurately
- Participating in training courses and technical meetings when required
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience within the Fire & Security or electrical sector
- Broad knowledge of Fire Alarms and Security systems
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
