The role will cover mainly the M1 corridor, so ideally you will be based around Reading, Watford or Luton.
Main Responsibilities:
- Aiming to be onsite at your first call of the day by 9am
- Having a flexible attitude towards long distances and staying away from home overnight as required
- Clearing all quarterly PM’s on individual areas
- Assistance with clearing PM’s on vacant areas with the aim of achieving a company quarterly zero PM position
- Achieve and maintain company breakdown SLA targets
- Diagnose and repair faults, in an efficient, timely and cost‑effective manner
- Achieve and maintain a minimum 75% first time fix rate
- Respond to urgent requests for assistance out of area as required
Skills:
- Good electrical/mechanical knowledge with good understanding of electronics
- Good fault diagnosis skills and structured approach, ability to prioritise and allocate tasks as required
- Good fact‑finding skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Aim to achieve quarterly/yearly supplies and contribution sales targets
