Responsibilities:
- Field‑based service within a local territory.
- Perform services, reactive repairs, and end‑user training on commercial coffee and drinks machines.
- Use electrical and mechanical skills to achieve a strong first‑fix rate.
- Maintain spare stock in vehicle.
- Organise service diary a week in advance.
- Flexibility on start times between 6 am and 9 am.
- Report to the Regional Service Manager and Senior Service Engineer.
- Work Monday‑Friday weekdays, plus one in four weekends.
Qualifications:
- Previous field service engineering experience with electromechanical systems.
- Experience in fast‑paced environments with emphasis on SLAs and KPIs.
- Empathetic and customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
- Good sense of humour.
- Full UK driver’s licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely (no sponsorship).
- Experience with coffee and drinks machines preferred but training can be provided.
