- Strong knowledge of groundworks and setting out, paving (natural stone, porcelain, concrete), brickwork, turfing (real & artificial), driveways, fencing, sleeper work, and timber structures
- Skilled machine operator
- Ability to lead teams and work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in resin-bound surfacing is advantageous but not essential
