Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of maintenance engineers
- Managing a budget for the engineering department
- Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site
- Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department
- Overseeing several small projects
- Strong leadership experience required for the role
- Ensure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targets
- Forecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacity
- Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions
