Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day façade installation works on site
- Coordinating subcontractors including curtain walling, brickwork, cladding, glazing and envelope trades
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and sequencing requirements
- Overseeing quality control and façade inspections
- Managing health & safety for façade activities
- Liaising with design teams, consultants, and main contractor
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical details
- Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
- Managing logistics, deliveries, and access requirements
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, and handover of façade packages
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Facade Manager
- Strong background delivering curtain walling / cladding packages
- Experience managing full building envelope installations
- Ability to read and interpret technical façade drawings
- Knowledge of QA processes and façade compliance requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card required
