One of the South West's leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Exeter.
Company Overview
The client is a leading consultancy in the South West, with a network of offices across the region. Projects range from public to private sector, including residential, commercial, regeneration, retail, education, and health. Projects are valued from £500k to £50 million. The company works within a number of regional frameworks, providing a high level of job security.
Position
The Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent will take full responsibility of projects from inception to completion, with full client ownership. Projects valued between £1 million and £20 million across a wide range of sectors, offering ample scope to progress without pigeonholing.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Employers Agent on the consultancy/PQS side
- Experience working on Property/Building projects
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Good communication and client-facing skills
