Estimator Hybrid, Oxfordshire £50,000 - £70,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Progression + Benefits This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a highly regarded construction company. The role offers ongoing professional development, a clear progression pathway through the commercial team, and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑end and bespoke construction projects. The company specialises in prime residential construction, with projects typically ranging from £2m-£5m and larger flagship developments approaching £20m in value. The focus lies within high‑end bespoke residential work, including extensions, refurbishments, conversions and new‑build homes, alongside selected heritage and commercial projects. The Role * Working on high‑end residential and heritage projects * Preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates * Producing take‑offs, bills of quantities and schedules of works * Client‑facing role with site visits and collaboration across teams * Ongoing training, development and progression opportunities * Hybrid role, expected to work in the office at least twice a week The Person * Estimator with construction industry experience * Understanding of bespoke construction methods * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Previous estimating experience within the construction industry We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitable candidates.
