Electronic Test Technician Location: Colchester Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 Employment Type: Permanent Working Arrangements: Onsite working Key Responsibilities Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and other test equipment. Test, fault‑find and repair PCB assemblies and electro‑mechanical products down to component level. Carry out production, system and functional testing to internal and customer specifications. Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods, documenting findings and corrective actions. Build and configure test fixtures, jigs and ATS setups to support new and existing test processes. Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and wiring schematics to support troubleshooting. Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve test coverage, quality and throughput.
