Role and Responsibilities:

  • Service, fault-finding, installation, and repair of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarms systems.
  • Managing commissioning, upgrades, and fault resolution across multiple sites.
  • Working on commercial, educational, and council contracts, including universities.
  • Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 4/5 weeks).
  • Covering projects across the South East, focusing on Surrey, Berkshire, Reading, Southampton, and London.
  • Working with a range of security systems including LenelS2, AMAG, Hanwha, Wisenet, Genetec, Nedap, ARX, Salto, Hikvision, Paxton, Guetebruck, Mayflex, Milestone, and more.

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with security systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
  • Experience with service, installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work, including on-call support.
