TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Environment and Energy Manager to lead the development and delivery of environmental and energy strategies for a major rail client. This is a permanent, full‑time hybrid role based in Birmingham, offering a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 per annum alongside an attractive Train Operating Company (TOC) benefits package.
