We are a successful, family‑run Fire and Security business looking for a Fire & Security Engineer willing to travel throughout the UK to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, fault‑finding, repair and installation of Intruder Alarms, Access Control systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarms.
- Participation in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
- Coverage of the UK area of work.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:
- Service‑based Engineer; Multi‑Skilled / Installation Engineers also considered.
- Experience in intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarms.
- Good understanding of SSAIB and BAFE requirements.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Knowledge of a range of equipment; training can be provided on specific systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong fault/problem‑solving skills.
