The Role

  • Manage the electrical package on a project in York
  • Oversee site activities and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensure progress is maintained against the project programme
  • Work closely with internal departments, consultants and clients
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, compliance and quality
  • Identify and resolve project delivery issues quickly and effectively
  • Attend site and progress meetings and provide regular reporting

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in an Electrical Project Manager role within M&E / Building Services
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation delivery
  • Experience running building services projects from site start through to handover
  • Good client‑facing and team management skills
  • Commercial awareness and good general project control ability
  • Full UK driving licence
