The Role
- Manage the electrical package on a project in York
- Oversee site activities and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure progress is maintained against the project programme
- Work closely with internal departments, consultants and clients
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, compliance and quality
- Identify and resolve project delivery issues quickly and effectively
- Attend site and progress meetings and provide regular reporting
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in an Electrical Project Manager role within M&E / Building Services
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation delivery
- Experience running building services projects from site start through to handover
- Good client‑facing and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and good general project control ability
- Full UK driving licence
