We are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor with an Electrical Bias to oversee the delivery of maintenance operations across three commercial sites in Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Technical Supervisor or a strong Lead Engineer looking to take the next step into a supervisory position.
The Role
- Supervising and supporting engineering teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
- Providing technical guidance and fault-finding support on electrical systems
- Managing compliance, statutory inspections and site documentation
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met
- Supporting the development and performance of on-site engineers
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician with recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition or equivalent)
- Previous experience within building services, facilities management or commercial maintenance environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Supervisory experience, although strong Lead Engineers looking to progress will be considered
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Package
- Salary up to £41,000
- Travel expenses paid between sites
- Monday to Friday working pattern (8am–5pm)
- 1 in 4 call-out rota
