This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any maintenance engineer who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.
You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. This role will also involve supporting and leading a team of engineers on shift, helping drive performance, safety, continuous improvement and engineering standards across the factory.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
- Previous experience leading or supervising engineers within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to support team performance, mentoring and shift coordination.
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience within food manufacturing, bakery or FMCG environments.
- Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
