Position: Engineering Supervisor

Location: Mobile – across London and South East

Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 (DOE)

Job Overview

  • Act as go‑between for on‑site engineers and management within the business.
  • Complete on‑site servicing, maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, spas, hot tubs and related leisure facility equipment.
  • Liaise directly with clients on complex technical queries, quotes for small works and customer complaints.
  • Supervise engineers both on‑site and remotely, providing technical assistance on larger works.
  • Travel across London (including Central) and the home counties.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background and experience within the leisure sector, including significant experience completing servicing, maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, hot tubs and spa equipment.
  • Supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Based either within London or within a 1‑hour commute of the M25.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary £42,000 – £46,000, negotiable depending on experience.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Door‑to‑door travel pay.
  • 30 days holiday, including bank holidays.
  • 45 hour working week.
  • 1 in 5 call‑out rota, with a retainer and overtime rates paid.
