Job Overview
- Act as go‑between for on‑site engineers and management within the business.
- Complete on‑site servicing, maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, spas, hot tubs and related leisure facility equipment.
- Liaise directly with clients on complex technical queries, quotes for small works and customer complaints.
- Supervise engineers both on‑site and remotely, providing technical assistance on larger works.
- Travel across London (including Central) and the home counties.
Requirements
- Strong technical background and experience within the leisure sector, including significant experience completing servicing, maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, hot tubs and spa equipment.
- Supervisory and/or management experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Based either within London or within a 1‑hour commute of the M25.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £42,000 – £46,000, negotiable depending on experience.

- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays.
