Electrician
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to work on social housing maintenanceacross North Somerset & Bristol
The salary is £41,400per annum plus Van Fuel Card.
This is a permanent position on the books with a busy housing association and will be 40 hours per week.
Electrician Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, rewiring, and installation works
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently
- EICRs
- Install and maintain energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies
- Ensure all works comply with current electrical and H&S regulations
- Complete all documentation and reports accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work independently across a designated geographical area
Electrician Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- AM2 Certificate
- 18th Edition
- 2391 optional
- Good electrical experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Full UK clean driving licence.
