We are working together to recruit an Electrical Works Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of electrical infrastructure across wind farm projects. This role offers a salary of up to £100,000 plus car allowance, and flexible hybrid working options, alongside a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Project Manager roleReporting to the Construction Manager you will:
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and utilities on electrical works matters.
- Collaborate with the Project team to prepare customer proposals, bills of quantities, and technical specifications for suppliers.
- Support the design and planning of network connections in coordination with network operators.
- Assist Sales during the project initiation phase with planning, scheduling, and scope alignment.
- Ensure all electrical works are specified and implemented in line with Health & Safety standards and technical requirements.
- Support the Commercial team with contract and claim management activities.
- Manage subcontractor negotiations and coordination.
- Monitor project delivery to identify and resolve additional costs, delays, and construction issues alongside the Construction Manager.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress.
- Drive project optimization initiatives in collaboration with the General Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all electrical matters throughout each project phase.
- Oversee work packages during the planning and installation of turbines, working closely with internal technical teams.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in power and electrical power systems.
- High voltage distribution experience.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
- Project Management experience with an electrical or industrial focus.
- Strong understanding of SAP and SCADA systems is highly advantageous.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
