A leading M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical package on a major project based in Coldingley, Bisley, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial and complex building services projects.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the electrical installation from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on programme and within budget.

The Role
  • Managing the full electrical package on site from start to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour and suppliers
  • Driving programme and ensuring project deadlines are achieved
  • Managing client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
  • Overseeing health & safety and ensuring site compliance
  • Monitoring quality control, commissioning and handover processes
  • Attending progress meetings and producing project updates
  • Working closely with commercial and design teams throughout delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector
  • Strong commercial or large-scale project background
  • Experience delivering electrical installations through to handover
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS/SSSTS required
  • Strong understanding of programme management and site coordination
