My client is looking for a Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition in Westminster, London SW1,
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems across a portfolio of commercial buildings, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification (essential).
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in the maintenance of commercial buildings.
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
