An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Victoria has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end commercial office located right by Euston Station. The engineer will carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lighting – small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control panels
  • Changing ballast
  • BMS system – monitor (hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Plumbing – unblocking toilets
  • General fabric works

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Package:

  • Up to £46,000
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Further training
  • Company pension

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (required)
  • 18th Edition (desirable)
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client facing
