Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London? I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high‑profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.
Role
You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue‑chip companies and financial institutions.
Hours
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements
- Apprentice‑trained with a strong electrical background
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Electrical) or equivalent qualification
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Confident and professional manner – client‑facing experience essential
Key Duties
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing and maintenance
- Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services
- Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks
- Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate
- Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service

- Basic salary up to £47,000
