Position: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Central London

Salary and Working Hours: Up to £47,000 per annum. Monday – Friday (Split Days – 07:00‑16:00 & 09:00‑18:00).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of critical building systems.
  • Electrical fault finding.
  • UPS and distribution boards.
  • Generator and fire/emergency light testing.
  • Chillers, boilers, calorifiers, heat exchangers, AHUs/FCUs.

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) – 18th Edition.
  • Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience).
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
