Position: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Central London
Salary and Working Hours: Up to £47,000 per annum. Monday – Friday (Split Days – 07:00‑16:00 & 09:00‑18:00).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of critical building systems.
- Electrical fault finding.
- UPS and distribution boards.
- Generator and fire/emergency light testing.
- Chillers, boilers, calorifiers, heat exchangers, AHUs/FCUs.
Requirements:
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) – 18th Edition.
- Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience).
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
