The Role
As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will take a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge design solutions across a range of high-profile projects. You will help provide energy-efficient, innovative, and sustainable designs that meet client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design process for a variety of building services projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed designs using the latest software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ElectricalOM, Dialux).
- Oversee the production of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
- Attend client meetings and represent the consultancy in a professional manner.
- Contribute to sustainability-focused designs and low-energy solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in electrical building services design within an MEP consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ElectricalOM, and Dialux.
- Excellent knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and CIBSE guides.
- Proven experience delivering projects in various sectors, such as commercial or residential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
