We are looking for an experienced Assembly Technician (3-5 years) to join our team, assembling and testing high-quality electro‑mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies. You will be responsible for accurately assembling parts and components, testing completed assemblies, and identifying and resolving faults, while always working to strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components in line with technical drawings and specifications
- Build electro‑mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies
- Test completed assemblies for correct operation and functionality
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair assembly issues as they arise
- Identify and replace defective components
- Carry out basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in an assembly or similar technical role
- Proven experience working with electro‑mechanical products
- Confident using hand tools and power tools (e.g. T‑bars, Allen keys, screwdrivers)
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Able to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a proactive, safety‑first approach
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (subject to change in 2026)
