The Role – Senior Mechanical Project Manager
You will take ownership of major mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, support commercial performance, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
The role offers the opportunity to work on larger and more complex projects whilst playing an important part in the continued growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities

- Manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support commercial performance.
- Contribute to successful project outcomes and drive the continued growth of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, or similar role within Building Services.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services.
- Experience delivering major mechanical building services projects within contractor environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
