Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental objectives.
- Prepare plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Conduct on-site measurements and measurements of drawings.
- Perform ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair work; provide evidence for dispute resolution.
- Prepare estimates and analyze sub-contractor quotations.
- Agree variation accounts and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures and relevant policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy civil, highways or environmental projects.
- Experience working with NEC contract form.
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate across all levels.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a full UK driving licence.
