Apex is partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare business headquartered in London seeking an Operations Manager to lead teams, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to strategic planning. The role offers an opportunity to develop advanced leadership, organisational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a designated portfolio of branches, ensuring effective service delivery and consistent standards across the region.
- Drive delivery of organisational objectives across growth, quality, and people, achieving agreed quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring all services meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development, to implement best practices and support workforce capability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and the experience of both service users and employees.
- Monitor performance, provide leadership to branch teams, and take proactive action to address risks or areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- NVQ/SVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience in a similar role within Domiciliary Care.
- Proven leadership and management experience across multiple sites or services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the care sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance effectively.
