  • Derive volume counts, designs, and material calculations.
  • Produce earthworks plans, programmes, and risk analysis from soil reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3‑D Civil software experience (e.g., Civil 3‑D).
  • Auto‑CAD experience.
  • Ability to produce calculations and quantities for specific materials needed on site.
  • Coordination of programmes and volumes.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional presentation style.
  • Degree‑educated and Chartered status.
  • Solid employment history and clear experience in civil earthworks.
