Due to our client's continued growth plans, they seek a Sales Manager to join their team in Dunfermline.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales operation in Dunfermline. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on performance, accountability, and delivering measurable business growth. The ideal Sales Manager will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven ability to deliver consistent results. They are seeking someone with hands-on experience in driving, managing, and converting inbound leads generated through Meta and Google advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, improving conversion performance, ensuring every opportunity is maximised from initial enquiry through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day sales function to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on growth and performance
- Manage, nurture, and convert high volumes of inbound leads from Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to maximise ROI
- Monitor KPIs, sales activity, and pipeline performance
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead and customer acquisition strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for senior management
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership position
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and hitting targets
- Demonstrable success converting leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing fast-paced inbound sales environments
- Strong understanding of digital lead funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make commercial decisions
- High levels of motivation, organisation, and accountability
- CRM experience and strong reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
