About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Northern Ireland-based company with a strong reputation in the renewable energy sector. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for solar installations, they are seeking a qualified Electrician to join their expanding team. This role involves working across Northern Ireland on both solar installations. While solar experience is desirable, it is not essential—training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and commission solar PV systems across domestic and commercial properties
- Carry out inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations
- Ensure all work complies with 18th Edition wiring regulations
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship at all times
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time
Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
