Company Overview: We are supporting a well-established manufacturing site in the Dudley area. The business is looking to grow its Engineering team with a hands-on Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to keep operations running smoothly and support ongoing site improvements.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across all site equipment
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities, supporting equipment and engineering improvements
- Work confidently with both electrical and mechanical systems
- Assist with small subprojects, such as equipment modifications or upgrades
- Maintain and improve fast‑moving equipment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- 18th Edition certification
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering or apprenticeship-trained
Desirable: experience in food manufacturing, packaging or FMCG.
