We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing business in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineering leader to oversee maintenance operations within a highly automated production environment, driving equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team.
- Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
- Maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and engineering compliance.
- Coordinate workloads, maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
- Work closely with production to achieve site performance targets.
Requirements:
- Strong engineering background within manufacturing.
- Experience in a highly automated production environment.
- Previous experience leading a multi-disciplined engineering team.
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- NVQ (Vocational Qualification) Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
