Welders Required! Location: Daventry | On-site

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Pay: £13.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and role)

Impact Recruitment are working with several leading manufacturing businesses based in Daventry, who are looking to appoint experienced MIG and TIG Welders to join their skilled production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding to manufacture parts and assemblies to defined production schedules.
  • Prepare and set up tools, materials, and equipment to support welding and fabrication activity.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manufacture components using jigs, fixtures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Inspect finished assemblies and parts, reporting any issues to Quality Assurance.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Support the introduction and development of new components and processes as required.
Requirements
  • Proven MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
  • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
