I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing / weaving company based in Ayrshire who are looking to appoint a reliable and hands-on Semi-Skilled Maintenance Person / Janitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical background who enjoys a varied role, covering both reactive and proactive maintenance across a busy manufacturing site — all within a 4-day working week.

Responsibilities

  • General building and site maintenance
  • Responding to reactive maintenance issues
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Basic repairs (joinery, plumbing, painting, minor electrical works)
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
  • Supporting overall site health & safety compliance

Qualifications
