Project Quantity Surveyor Planned Maintenance – External, Internals Refurbishment & RMS Projects Up to £85,000 plus package. Our client, an established maintenance contractor based in the South East, is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their planned works division. They have a turnover of over £50 million per annum and deliver day‑to‑day planned maintenance, construction and external refurbishment projects across the South East. With long‑term contracts secured and additional frameworks and projects in the pipeline, this role offers long‑term security and career prospects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up.
Responsibilities
- Cost planning
- Closing out and setting up contracts commercially
- Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
- Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
- Work off the NHF Schedule of rates
- Approve sub‑contractors & supplier payments
- Attend and chair progress meetings with clients
- Regular on‑site visits
- Overlook P&L with operational leads
- Cash flow management
