Machine Operator
Location: Dartford, Kent

The Role
Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to a high standard, following detailed instructions, technical drawings and quality procedures.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
- Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
- Identifying and reporting any issues relating to quality, materials or processes.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, engineering or fabrication environment but not essential.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and detailed assembly instructions.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Experience working to production deadlines and targets.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible approach with the willingness to support different areas of production.
Job Details & Benefits
Pay rates:
- £13.10 - £14.43 per hour - Afternoon Shift
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Temp to Perm opportunity.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).
