An established M&E contractor delivering specialist commercial and industrial projects is looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Kent. Responsibilities

  • Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Overseeing labour, subcontractors, materials and programme delivery
  • Managing project budgets, variations and cost control
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Attending site meetings and providing progress updates

Requirements

  • Strong commercial or industrial electrical background
  • Previous experience delivering M&E / electrical projects
  • ECS Gold Card / 18th Edition desirable
  • Good understanding of drawings, specifications and project documentation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
