Your Role:

The Programme Manager is responsible for leading complex aerospace programmes, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, delivering against business objectives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead the Integrated Programme Team (IPT) as a matrix manager, driving execution, validating key deliverables, and ensuring programme performance in line with company expectations.
