Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join our lovely client in the heart of Crondall, near Farnham. In this exciting role, you'll support a busy production operation, supporting the operation of machinery, packaging of products and organising stock in the warehouse.

Duties:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Handle materials and components with care, utilizing forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Perform packaging of finished products according to specifications while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and equipment logs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment safely.
  • Experience in packaging, machining, or materials handling is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and process adherence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 Depending on Experience
