We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy civils project based in Cramlington on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all finishing trades on site
  • Manage and supervise earthworks operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
  • Drive the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Manage snagging lists and ensure quality control is maintained
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across site
  • Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
  • Prepare areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a main contractor, with earthworks experience
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
